North Oaks Offers All Levels of Life Care
We want to provide North Oaks residents the support they need to relax and enjoy their retirement years, so we’ve designed every part of our community to serve them well. As a Life Plan Community or Continuing Care Retirement Community, we offer a continuum of care on-site, so residents can stay within the community. This means they won’t need to make any imposing lifestyle changes if they require a higher level of senior care.
We also offer a Type A Life Care contract. Under this agreement, residents pay a one-time entrance fee when they move in and a predictable monthly fee. This covers accommodations, meals, services and amenities. Then, if or when they require higher levels of support, they can transition seamlessly through the continuum of care with no significant change in monthly expense, with the possible exception of medical supplies.
