Reserve your new apartment before the end of 2025, and move into North Oaks on a rental basis for 2026. This allows you a full year to immerse yourself in our lifestyle, experience our top-notch customer service, and meet your new neighbors—without a long-term obligation. If you love your experience and choose to convert to a Life Care contract and close your move-in before the end of 2026, you will receive a special incentive:

Exclusive offer: 25% Off Entrance Fee & First Month’s Community Fee Waived

As a thank you for making North Oaks your permanent home, you will receive a discount of up to 25% off your entrance fee. Additionally, we will waive the monthly service fee for the first month of your life care stay at North Oaks.
